How to Outfox
the competition

Adaptability –
we are living proof
of evolution.

—
A country animal
equally at home in
the city.
—

Being a Fox means thriving in any setting. Our team is a bunch of seasoned individuals who’ve dipped their toes in various roles—strategy, creative, media, and production.

This diverse experience is why we proudly claim mastery in the cunning art of modern marketing!

Experience

We prick up our ears and listen. We adopt you as one of our own. That gets you somewhere better, faster. Speaking of which, one thing we’ve learned becoming foxes is that you can’t beat instinct and knowledge, both of which take time to trust and develop.

We have evolved incredible listening skills and can sniff out insights faster than the rest.

Experience

Our business is built on the two key needs
that don’t change – people and ideas.

The OutFox TM Process:

1. Prick up our ears

2. Welcome to the den

3. Check for hounds

4. Get rabbits

Creative Cunning

Cunning – is something we’re proud of.
Particularly yours.

Agencies, particularly big ones tend to build account service departments that mirror their clients. This is a waste of money.
It also slows things down.

As Henry Ford once said ‘half my advertising is a waste, I just don’t know which half’, well, we’d say some of it can be found right here. Why not have the client marketing people dealing directly with the bit they need help with – creative and strategy? You save time and money. And we get to help you in ways and outcomes neither of us could have imagined.

Cunning – is something we’re proud of.
Particularly yours.

We help our clients build their place in the world. We equip them with a brand story and tools that are authentic to their character and ambition.

Who we are

Outfox services are focused on one outcome; growth. To deliver that,
we have gathered an experienced skill set that covers both creative
and design thinking at brand and CX level, media and brand strategy, campaign creative and customer insights, design and art direction,
asset production across film, animation, audio and static.

Simon’s career

Simon’s career has defied convention. As a globally recognized creative, he’s continuously challenged traditional marketing and creativity norms. With over 25 years of experience, he’s seamlessly navigated from traditional media to digital and brand spheres, always proving that creativity is crucial to brand and marketing success.

His work spans creative, media strategy, design, storytelling, visual communication, and conceptual development, all vital elements in shaping impactful narratives. Passionate about creative excellence, Simon combines his inner geek with a commitment to delivering memorable, measurable, and future-proof brand solutions, partnerships, and campaigns.

He believes great creativity doesn’t come from one person alone and thrives in collaboration with people from diverse backgrounds and disciplines. For Simon, the true measure of a great idea is its impact on people. If it resonates and sparks contribution, that’s where the magic happens.

Meet Carli

Meet Carli, the efficiency and service aficionado. Always on the lookout for smarter production solutions; she’s consistently proving to clients that not only can we achieve results creatively, but we can also deliver within budget.

With extensive experience as a producer across various mediums (film, photography, digital, events, and print).

Carli’s background in start-ups also gives her a keen insight into the importance of brand perception and reaching the right audiences. Carli’s mantra is simple: successful output means delivering beyond expectations.

Carli adds her experienced lens of production value in the creative process, ensuring production dollars are stretched as far as possible, covering any and all formats.

Millie

Millie is an integral part of Outfox, the youngest graduate of the Marketing Academy and winner of B&T’s 30 under 30. She’s known for her dynamic leadership and remarkable efficiency. With a keen eye for innovative strategies and a passion for creative excellence, she drives the agency’s vision while ensuring every project is executed with precision and flair.

Her extensive background in both creative and business management allows her to seamlessly bridge the gap between artistic vision and client goals. Millie is celebrated for her ability to inspire and guide her team, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.

Her strong communication skills, combined with her talent for navigating complex challenges, have made her an invaluable asset to both clients and colleagues alike. Under her leadership, the agency has seen remarkable growth, delivering groundbreaking work that consistently exceeds expectations.

Ben

Growing up in England, Ben had dreams of being a doctor, a philosopher and a marine biologist. He ended up in advertising. After 30 years in the business, most recently at the creative helm of DDB Australia, and previously with M&C Saatchi, he has worked on many clients and campaigns.

He’s persuaded tourists to flock to New Zealand as a creator of 100% PURE NEW ZEALAND. Informed Australians they “Can’ with CommBank’s brand platform and introduced Vodafone mobile’s youthful purpose to the world.

Over the years he and his departments has won numerous Australian and international creative and effectiveness awards, notably at Cannes, D&AD, The Effies, AdFest, OneShow and Caples. In 2015, he was voted Campaign Asia’s Best Creative Talent for Australia and NZ. Prior to DDB, Ben was Asia Creative Chairman for M&C Saatchi.

His inspiration is the reader, the viewer, the listener and the clicker; our raison d’etre, who for the most part, is bored, insulted and uninspired by what our industry produces.

Ben’s on a mission to change that narrative.

Fortunately for us, a stroke of luck comes in the form of our founders’ connections. Most of these sharp individuals have crossed paths with one of the three at some point and genuinely enjoy working with us.

It’s a winning collaboration!

Our team is equipped with experience from some of the world’s most progressive brands
